This is a hybrid position with a combination of remote and onsite work at various school locations. The Photo Team Manager will oversee and inspire a team of photographers to capture moments for students K-12 and their families. This role involves leadership, training, logistics, and hands-on event management, ensuring school photo days run smoothly and efficiently. The position requires managing photo day logistics, equipment storage and coordination, employee management (hiring, scheduling, and direct management of photographers), and ensuring adherence to JostensPIX photography protocols. The manager may also work as a photographer or event lead when needed and will attend photo day events to provide support and troubleshoot issues. The role requires travel to schools within the assigned hub.
