This is a hybrid position with a combination of Remote and Onsite work at Various School Locations. The Photo Team Manager will oversee and inspire a team of talented photographers to capture magical moments for students K-12 and their families. This role involves leadership, training, logistics, and hands-on event management, ensuring every school photo day runs smoothly and efficiently. The position requires managing photo day logistics, overseeing equipment, managing employees, and ensuring photography execution adheres to company protocols. The role also involves working some events as a Photographer or Event Lead when needed and attending 2-3 Photo Day events per week as additional support. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, tech-savviness, physical stamina, flexibility, a valid driver's license, comfort in school environments, a professional appearance, and reliable communication access.
