This is a hybrid position with a combination of Remote and Onsite work at Various School Locations. The Photo Team Manager will oversee and inspire a team of talented photographers to capture magical moments for students K-12 and their families. This role involves leadership, training, logistics, and hands-on event management, ensuring every school photo day runs smoothly and efficiently. The position requires managing photo day logistics, equipment storage, employee management (hiring, scheduling, and direct management of photographers), and ensuring adherence to JostensPIX photography protocols. The manager may also work as a Photographer or Event Lead when needed and will attend 2-3 Photo Day events per week for support. Travel to schools within the assigned Hub is required.
