Photo Studio Supervisor

Williams-SonomaPortland, OR

About The Position

Join our dynamic creative team as the Photo Studio Supervisor, where you’ll help drive the day-to-day execution of our studio photography process. You won’t just support studio logistics; you’ll be a key partner across departments, helping ensure product, samples, sets, equipment, schedules, and teams are aligned to deliver inspiring assets for the Rejuvenation brand. As a hands-on leader in the studio, you’ll stay close to the floor to direct priorities, support coordinators, remove roadblocks, and keep daily production moving from shoot preparation through wrap. Working closely with producers, art directors, photographers, stylists, coordinators, sample teams, and freelance partners, you’ll help ensure photo shoots are organized, efficient, and executed to the highest standard. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining the photography schedule, balancing creative priorities, sample readiness, set availability, photographer needs, coordinator capacity, and business timelines. You’ll help capture production metrics to understand shoot volume, schedule health, sample issues, delays, rework, and workflow blockers, using that information to improve how the studio plans, communicates, and delivers work. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and natural leadership qualities to support the team and keep production moving. If you thrive in a collaborative setting, enjoy solving problems in real time, and have a keen eye for detail, we want you to help us shape the visual narrative of the Rejuvenation brand.
