About The Position

The Photo Scanner Install Technician will be a part of a team that installs, maintains and improves highly complicated photolithography equipment in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot, read specifications and a comprehensive understanding of the photolithography system to address unforeseen issues. Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess.

Requirements

2-year technical degree or equivalent.
Semiconductor/Electronics/Mechanical experience (3+ years experience in Photolithography Equipment Engineering Services).
ASML / Canon scanner or stepper tool experience.
Familiar with Clean Room Environment.
Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and work ethic.
Strong technical capability in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Flexibility and adaptability to work well within a team or independently under minimal supervision as conditions require.
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and standard problem/solution practices.
Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and resolve high-level equipment problems.
Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
Log data accurately and promptly for all assignments.
Document and communicate all equipment activities for the shift during pass down.
Follow, generate, and maintain integrity of SOPs.
Work with equipment vendors, senior personnel, and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
