About The Position

Wonders of Wildlife located in Springfield, MO is looking for a friendly seasonal PHOTO SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team! This person will capture fun interactive photos of our guests, while providing a positive guest experience of the Aquarium and Museum. This is a summer seasonal position that will end around August 17th.

Requirements

Professional communication skills.
A fearless approach and positive attitude to capturing memories and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
Basic computer skills – Using basic computer hardware and creative software.
Requires walking/standing; lifting, stooping, forward bending, crouching and sitting.
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to sunlight, various animals, weather, loud sounds, low lighting, close quarters, high/low temperatures, etc.

Responsibilities

Learning and adapting to photography styles, with a motivation to excel in sales performance.
Demonstrating ability to meet sales targets in a busy environment.
Exercising initiative and problem solving skills.
Performing all tasks as required, which could include photo editing and adjustments in Phoenix, greeting and taking photos of guests.
Organizing and maintaining facilities, to include, but not limited to lab, sales area, storage area, and production areas.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Willing to cover shifts at affiliate Conservation Attraction properties.
Must adhere to all company/department safety standards and policies.
Must be open to working mandatory/approved overtime.
Must be open to working weekends/weekdays/nights when necessary/critical to support the business.
Must be able to cover shifts at affiliate Conservation Attraction properties.
Must have an approved driving record and operate a company vehicle if required/applicable.
