Photo Lab Specialist
About The Position
The Photo Lab Specialist is responsible for assisting in production of all Photofinishing as well as providing superior customer service at the Photofinishing counter, while meeting quality and service standards, and maintaining a professional attitude, and work environment. This is a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Accordingly, you must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. You will also have the opportunity to work in the other technical departments such as Photo Electronics and mobile phones. If you are a well-organized, self-motivated individual possessing professional sales and customer service experience, who has a positive mature and professional attitude, with an eye for detail and a desire to support Company initiatives then we have the opportunity for you to excel!
Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
- Professional sales and customer service experience.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with film processing.
- Experience with photography equipment.
- Experience with Photoshop.
- Basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent).
- Product knowledge of Photo Electronics and mobile phones.
Responsibilities
- Printing, processing, and sorting film of all sizes and types.
- Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.
- Mixing chemicals and general housekeeping.
- Scanning film using a PC for digital delivery of images.
