About The Position

In your role as a Photo Equipment Technician you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing maintenance and quality testing related to the photolithography equipment. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments, flow adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or other technical certification.
  • Mechanical experience or computer-based troubleshooting experience.
  • 4 years equivalent relevant technical and/or Military service.
  • Familiarity with 6S best practices.
  • Familiar with TBM concepts.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge of the photolithography process is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair in a high-pressure atmosphere.
  • Utilization of onboard diagnostics to understand and correct equipment issues.
  • Thorough documentation of all repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.
