About The Position

In your role as a Photo Equipment Supervisor you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as coordinating maintenance and quality testing related to the photolithography equipment. You'll also use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments, flow adjustments, and mechanical repairs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Knowledge of Photolithography processes and equipment required.
  • Experience with TEL, ASML, Cannon, and Semes platforms a must.
  • Understanding of Lean Principles and Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Technical degree acceptable but not required with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • 8+ years of Photolithography semi-conductor experience preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring tool status and tool performance daily along with any needed chart monitoring.
  • Monitoring personnel performance and ensuring adherence to company and departmental policies.
  • Training and career development of technician workforce to include periodic reporting of individual and team status.
  • Reviewing FDC/Tool trend data to determine root cause of recurring issues.
  • Interpret datasets and distinguish statistical trends and what they mean relative to Implant process control
  • Coordinating and leading team meetings and coordinating team members daily workload and sustaining activities in the fab when necessary
  • Ensuring SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) are utilized to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively
  • Defect analysis and root cause identification / troubleshooting.
  • Developing & improving documents: SOPs, Job Aids, Sensor Cards, OCAPs, troubleshooting guides, PTPs, business process flows, etc.to identify and drive operational efficiency improvements.
  • Training and career development of technician workforce to include periodic reporting of individual and team status.
