About The Position

A soona editor turns RAW images and videos into magic! Our post-production editors need to have a passion for digital content creation and strong experience in photo/video editing. In addition, they must be able to edit and retouch photos quickly and efficiently and complete between 30-40 edits within 24 hours. This editor must have an expert knowledge of photo retouching and at least 5+ years of experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) to tackle a multitude of unique editing requests. Finally, speaking fluent english with excellent communication skills both written and verbal is required. This is a contract position based in South America.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of photo retouching
At least 5+ years of experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)
Ability to edit and retouch photos quickly and efficiently
Ability to complete between 30-40 edits within 24 hours
Fluent English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro) and workflows
Experience in collaborating in a creative environment
Experience in product and ecomm photo editing
Experience in video with a focus on business to business style content
Experience in creating high quality images using Photoshop

Responsibilities

Edit various types of photo and video content (headshots, product, e-commerce, lifestyle, how-to videos...etc)
Create GIFs and stop motions
Edit and color correct short, well put together videos
Screen content, noting feedback and revise edits as needed
Perform within our content delivery process and digital organization
Communicate effectively and is fluent in English
