About The Position

AutoFair Ford of Haverhill is seeking a Phone Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, such as waiting tables, who are looking for a career with better hours and higher earning potential. The position starts part-time to allow for thorough training and learning of the role, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time commissioned sales representative position. We are looking for passionate individuals with strong phone and email skills who are eager to help customers and grow within the company.

Requirements

At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
Greet opportunities and provide pre-set proposals.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
