About The Position

Healthcare Network (HCN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving as the medical home for patients from birth to geriatric. We provide quality medical, dental and behavioral health services through board certified physicians and evidence-based practices to ensure that the whole patient receives quality care, regardless of insurance or income status. We seek individuals to join our team of caregivers who are passionate about their community and the health and wellbeing of those who live and work here. Bilingual candidates are preferred, as the majority of our patients' first language is not English. We are currently offering a Phlebotomy Training Program which trains our community members to be phlebotomists and helps with job placement at an Healthcare Network office once training is complete. Training is 120 hours of classroom time, of which trainees are paid to learn. An increase in pay is given once the trainee successfully passes the certification exam. NAPLES LOCATION Candidates for hire must complete our pre-employment processing, which includes a Level 2 AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations. Requirements

Passion for community and health and wellbeing.
Ability to complete 120 hours of classroom training.
Ability to pass a Level 2 AHCA screening.
Ability to pass a urine drug screen.
Ability to provide validation of job-required immunizations.
