About The Position

CompuNet offers a 5-week paid, on-the-job Phlebotomy Training Program designed to prepare individuals for an entry-level Phlebotomist position within CompuNet's Patient Service Centers (outpatient) or Premier Hospital lab locations (inpatient). This program is exclusively for future CompuNet phlebotomists and is not intended for general training. Successful completion guarantees a job offer. The company requires all employees to receive the influenza vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment.

Requirements

  • Work/school history that demonstrates good work habits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a busy medical environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (required for some locations)
  • Attendance is mandatory at the Open Interview event on Wednesday April 29, 2026
  • Printed resume is required for the Open Interview event
  • Receive the vaccination against influenza, or complete policy compliance through an approved medical or religious exemption
