We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to work at our Training Center. This position will be responsible for the organization, development and execution of training new employees. Performs training of newly hired employees, provides re-training on company topics such as policies, procedures, and programs as needs dictate, and conducts group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education. Serves as a procedural and compliance resource for employees in assigned areas

Requirements

  • Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
  • 3 or more years of phlebotomy experience
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years of lead or training experience, preferably within a phlebotomy or clinical training environment
  • In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives
  • Evaluate new, presently existing, and proposed training methodologies, develop training materials and plans, and deliver training
  • Conduct training programs for the company.
  • Track and analyze training programs by examining participants’ job performance
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed
