The position involves preparing for and teaching courses in Phlebotomy to achieve course requirements and student success outcomes. Course assignments may occur in a classroom setting, learning lab, or contracted facility. Specific instruction includes teaching the Phlebotomy curriculum as assigned, which may include lecture and laboratory skills training. The instructor will review lesson plans, prepare for class instruction, grade and record assignments, actively promote student retention, and perform related work as required. This position is needed for the Phlebotomy program in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. An individual with good working relationships with area healthcare labs is a plus.
