About The Position

Boston IVF has a Per-Diem PHLEBOTOMIST position at our Albany, NY center. The schedule for this role includes drawing blood on Mondays and Fridays during one week each month, with additional requirements including a rotating Saturday and holiday schedule. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience
• Technical expertise along with good customer service is very important
• Attention to detail a must

Nice To Haves

• Certification is preferred but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform patient phlebotomy and specimen processing
• Processing samples to send to reference labs
• Responsible for pending results
• Adhere to phlebotomy procedures and lab services manuals
• Adhere to requirements of Safety Procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of drawing area and stock supplies in phlebotomy lab
• Flu vaccination required
