About The Position

This position is for a Phlebotomist (Level 1) who will float between locations. The work schedule is 90% FTE, with 12-hour shifts from 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, three days a week. This includes an every-other-weekend rotation and working two holidays annually on a rotated basis. The role is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital, 1401 E State St. Additional compensation includes shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay. Requirements

  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience.
  • Must provide a copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform phlebotomy duties.
  • Float between locations as needed.
  • Work 12-hour shifts from 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, three days per week.
