About The Position

Pay: $18.27 - $19.06 per hour (Plus weekend premium pay) Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Start Date: 10/12/26 Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Full-Time. Must be available to be scheduled between 5am and 10pm. Schedule is based on business needs and is sent three weeks in advance. Travel: Throughout Northern Arizona, with an average of 1–3 overnight trips per month as needed. Vitalant covers all meals and hotel accommodations, and a company vehicle is provided for travel. No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a blood drive in one of our buses or interact with donors at one of our local donation centers.
  • Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
  • Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
  • Manage accurate and organized donor information.
  • Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success.
  • Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives.
  • Package and transport blood products according to established procedures.
