We are hiring for full and part-time Phlebotomist positions for local patient service centers. This role is crucial to our mission of advancing the health and wellbeing of our communities as a leader in clinical laboratory solutions. The Phlebotomist will provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service, performing venipuncture on patients of all ages and collecting/preparing non-blood specimens. The position also involves ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, while championing safety, compliance, and quality control. This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), and employees are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians

Responsibilities
