About The Position

Innovative Healthcare Centers and Innovative Work Health is a growing network of outpatient wellness and medical centers dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care. Our teams blend clinical excellence with a warm, community‑focused approach — and we’re looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to support our mission. Our group includes physicians credentialed in occupational and emergency medicine, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, case managers, physical therapists, ADA coordinators, ergonomics specialists and other key professionals with experience in a variety of occupational settings. More importantly, we have a highly focused, value-driven approach to our programs and services for employers, carriers, and the individual worker. We lead each discussion both internally and customer-facing with an effort to deliver a clearly defined value for our relationships. We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented PRN Phlebotomist to join our clinical team. This role provides support on an as‑needed basis, assisting with blood draws, specimen collection, and ensuring a smooth, positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, patient‑focused, and confident in their phlebotomy skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification required (CPT or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws safely and accurately
  • Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Support clinical staff with additional tasks as needed
