About The Position
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team to operate our outpatient lab services. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent patient service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Requirements
- Certificate of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant education and clinical training from an approved program is preferred.
- Previous Phlebotomy or MA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and processing orders using a dedicated electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Collecting, labeling, and processing patient specimens with precision and care
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all protocols
- Managing lab equipment and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations
- Delivering excellent customer service to support a positive patient experience
