About The Position

Seeking a Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. This role requires excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills. The ideal candidate will work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public. This is a long-term career opportunity in a stable environment with job-appropriate paid training provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to easily learn new skills and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.

Nice To Haves

• Related training and education are a plus.
• At least 6 months of whole blood training (may qualify for an additional $2.50 skills premium upon completion of Automation training).
