About The Position

Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs of Macedonia is hiring a part-time phlebotomist for 15–20 hours per week. This position offers weekday daytime hours and a Saturday shift of 5–6 hours, with no nights, holidays, or on-call duties. It is designed to supplement existing work schedules, such as standard weekday jobs, hospital rotations, or 12-hour shifts. The role involves various specimen collections, client interaction, administrative tasks, and maintaining lab readiness. The company is a locally owned dual-brand lab with a small team and direct access to ownership.

Requirements

Available Saturdays and at least two weekday shifts
Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred
Comfortable working directly with the public
Accurate and detail-oriented
Reliable
Basic computer skills
Must pass a background check and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

DOT urine collector certification
Clinic, urgent care, plasma center, or hospital lab experience
Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

Venipuncture and capillary draws on adults and children
Urine, oral fluid, and hair specimen collections, including DOT-regulated drug screens
Maintain chain of custody documentation
Check in clients, answer phones, schedule appointments
Process orders and enter results in our lab systems
Package and ship specimens to reference labs
Keep the lab clean, stocked, and inspection-ready
