About The Position
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/X-Ray Tech to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, EKGs, spirometry, and limited scope X-ray procedures. This role supports patient diagnostics and treatment, ensuring accurate testing, high-quality patient care, and exceptional customer service. Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- WA State DOH Phlebotomy & X-Ray Technician credentials required
- Certification in Phlebotomy
- 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- X-ray certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and lab testing with accurate specimen processing
- Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing, ensuring proper calibration and documentation
- Perform routine limited scope X-ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.)
- Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff
- Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Sea Mar safety protocols
