Phlebotomist (Level I)
About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8:00am-1200pm no Sundays or holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course
- Three years of phlebotomy experience
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
- Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
