The Phlebotomist/Lab Aide Certified is a full-time position with variable 10-hour shifts. This role serves a diverse patient population, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and newborn patients, as well as facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors, and the general public. The position requires flexibility to work scheduled hours, including holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call duties. Employees are expected to participate in emergencies and community disasters as designated disaster service workers. The role also involves an affirmative duty to report perceived misconduct and requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
