A commitment to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Guiding Principles, is essential. The position demands the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary if travel to multiple locations is required. Flexible hours are also needed to cover various Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The role involves handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and requires superior customer focus, open and transparent communication, adaptability to change, and business knowledge.
