About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Indianapolis, IN. This position involves collecting specimens from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy training program.
Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a phlebotomist.
Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and infection control.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
Additional certifications in related healthcare fields.
