About The Position

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Marinette, WI! This is a 3+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience – REQUIRED
• Experience with Pediatric collections
• Experience with Geriatric collections
• Experience with Capillary collections

Nice To Haves

• Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and accurately collect blood and other required specimens.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Properly identify, label, handle, and maintain specimen integrity.
• Manage and coordinate specimen drop-offs for the client.
• Ensure all specimens are processed and prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate patient service.
• Explain collection procedures clearly to patients and help create a comfortable experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established laboratory protocols.
• Adhere to all applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
