About The Position

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Norcross, GA. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract. The Patient Services Representative (Phlebotomist) is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of direct phlebotomy experience

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and infection control procedures.
• Deliver professional, compassionate patient care and excellent customer service.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Travel to nearby patient service centers or physician offices as business needs require.
