This role requires the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal on-site supervision. The phlebotomist must possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be flexible to meet staffing needs, which may include weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and overtime. A commitment to all company Policies & Procedures, including dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles, is essential. The individual must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary if applicable. Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting is crucial. Superior Customer Focus, open and transparent communication with peers, supervisors, and patients, the ability to embrace change, and knowledge of the business are key attributes. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, are required. Keyboard/data entry experience is also necessary. Required vaccinations include MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and a TB Test. COVID and Flu vaccinations are strongly recommended. Hospital credentialing is required.
