About The Position

This is a 5-month contract position for a Phlebotomist II, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Training locations may vary. The role requires the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal on-site supervision. Flexibility is key, as staffing needs may require working weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. The position demands adherence to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, health and safety, and guiding principles. Decision-making based on established procedures and good judgment is essential. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary if applicable. Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, demonstrate superior customer focus, communicate openly and transparently, embrace change, and possess knowledge of the business are critical. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred, as is phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). A minimum of 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, is required. Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is highly preferred, as is keyboard/data entry experience.

Requirements
