This is a 6-month contract position for a Phlebotomist II. The role requires the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment with minimal on-site supervision. The phlebotomist must possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be flexible to meet staffing needs, which may include weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and overtime. A commitment to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, health and safety, and guiding principles, is essential. The position requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary. Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The role involves handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and demonstrating superior customer focus, open communication, and adaptability to change.
