About The Position

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a 3-month contract position in Port Saint Joe, FL. This role requires the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, and be flexible with staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Candidates must be within a 20-25 minute commute to the site and have reliable transportation. Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical. The pay rate is determined by direct phlebotomy experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.
Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift.
Must have own reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue.

Nice To Haves

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
