Phlebotomist I
About The Position
This is a Phlebotomist I position with a duration of 5+ months, requiring flexibility in shift times between 6:45 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role is located at a hospital site in Plymouth, MN 55441, which may require additional credentialing. The position demands the ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting, work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric techniques. Flexibility is key, as staffing needs may require availability on weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and overtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
Nice To Haves
- Medical assistant or paramedic training.
- Phlebotomy certification (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- One year of phlebotomy experience.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
Responsibilities
