About The Position
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Tonawanda, NY. This position involves collecting specimens from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and excellent customer service skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with rotational weekends. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- Experience in phlebotomy
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures
- Customer service skills
