About The Position

This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. This role is located in Corona, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotational weekends. Requirements

State phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in phlebotomy is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collection (venipuncture, butterfly, and capillary techniques) on patients of all ages.
Process specimens according to established procedures.
Perform specimen processing, testing and follow-up on patient samples.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.
