About The Position
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Springfield, OR. This position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions considered for medical and religious reasons if a conditional offer of employment is extended. Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market/organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
Requirements
