About The Position

This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. This role is located in Lafayette, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and includes rotational weekends. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

State phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Availability for rotational weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Familiarity with Quest Diagnostics systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) on patients.
Ensure accurate labeling and handling of specimens.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Provide excellent customer service to patients.
