About The Position

Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting. This role requires travel to various locations to assist with staffing needs.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program of 6 months or related health care experience including direct patient contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma.
• ASCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy.
• Process specimens.
• Provide customer service.
• Provide general office support in a clinic setting.
• Travel to various locations to assist with staffing needs.
