About The Position

This opportunity is for a Phlebotomist-Float role in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. The position is full-time and benefit-eligible, with working hours typically Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, though hours may vary depending on travel and location. The role involves providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service, performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, collecting/preparing non-blood specimens, ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, and championing safety, compliance, and quality control. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians

Responsibilities
