About The Position
At TELUS Digital, we are seeking individuals with a Philosophy background to enhance the logical reasoning and ethical considerations of AI models. This role involves reviewing AI-generated content to ensure it adheres to clear reasoning, avoids contradictions, and maintains fairness. You will act as a 'Logic Coach' for the AI, focusing on the quality and integrity of its output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.
- Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
- Basic (B1) English proficiency.
- Strong ability to identify errors in arguments and explain reasoning.
- Must pass a subject-specific qualification exam and complete ID verification.
Nice To Haves
- Not a tech expert, but able to understand deep meaning and 'vibe' of language.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated explanations for logical consistency and identify errors in reasoning.
- Evaluate AI responses to ethical dilemmas, ensuring they are balanced and helpful.
- Identify and help mitigate bias in AI outputs to ensure fairness for all users.
- Rewrite complex AI responses to be clear, honest, and easily understandable.
