Requirements
- Capacity to make gifts of $5k+
- Experience with grateful patient prospects
- Experience with proactive prospects
- Ability to qualify major gift prospects
- Ability to move prospects through all stages of the donor cycle
- Ability to develop compelling gift opportunities
- Ability to make successful asks and closes
- Ability to partner with providers and internal leaders
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100-120 individuals with capacity to make gifts of $5k+ of mostly newly identified grateful patient prospects and proactive prospects.
- Contribute to the team’s fundraising goals by qualifying major gift prospects.
- Move prospects through all stages of the donor cycle.
- Develop compelling gift opportunities.
- Make successful asks and closes.
- Partner with providers and internal leaders to engage AHF donors.
