About The Position

The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing a balanced portfolio of donors to solicit major and annual gifts, collaborating with ministry staff, board volunteers, and the Executive Director Foundation/Ministry CPO. This role involves nurturing mid-range donor relationships through personal interactions and written correspondence, contributing to the fund development process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 5 years of development experience with successful results soliciting individual major gifts, preferably for a not-for-profit organization.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of development experience in the healthcare field.
