Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of successful major gifts development experience

10+ years of successful major gifts development experience

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 100-120 individuals with capacity to make gifts of $5k+ of mostly newly identified grateful patient prospects and proactive prospects.
Contribute to the team’s fundraising goals by qualifying major gift prospects.
Move prospects through all stages of the donor cycle.
Develop compelling gift opportunities.
Make successful asks and closes.
Partner with providers and internal leaders to engage AHF donors.
