This position is responsible for managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, tracking donor activity in the philanthropy database, and assisting with the coordination of philanthropy and board relations efforts. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between hospital-based philanthropy teams and system-level resources, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with organizational priorities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
