This job is responsible for the oversight of fiduciary administration for their assigned markets. Key responsibilities include developing fiduciary best practices, proactively identifying and managing areas of fiduciary risk, monitoring fiduciary metrics, conducting key business approvals, and coaching client teams. Job expectations include being the primary escalation point for account administration issues that arise in their markets, assisting in the creation and execution of action plans to resolve issues, and working closely with control partners, as well as Philanthropic Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Provides business approvals (discretionary, new business, etc.)
  • Identifies issues in specific accounts and any related trends across the business
  • Ensures fiduciary metrics are compliant
  • Coaches and trains

  • Engages in Philanthropic and BANA governance routines
