The Talent Outreach and Programs team identifies, engages, and delivers talent for current and future Google opportunities through meaningful connections and experiences. As a PhD Outreach Program Manager, you will be an architect of our partnerships with universities, faculty, and critical PhD talent. You will be responsible for building long-term, high-trust relationships with PhD students and faculty with the goal of branding Google as the employer of choice for PhD talent. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
