About The Position

The Pharmacy Department at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital provides pharmacy services for Inpatients, ED, Surgery, and the Infusion Center. This is a Full Time, On-Site Position, that is primarily 1st Shift and rotates to 2nd. Shifts are usually 8.5 Hrs., and Start Times are scattered between 6 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. The Team puts out the Schedule about 4-6 Weeks in advance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Temp License - State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• Pharmacy Technician License - State of Michigan 1 Year required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) required
• Must not be a Pharmacy Intern
• Full Pharmacy Technician License and Certification, such as PTCB Certification, or ExCPT

Nice To Haves

• Retail or hospital pharmacy experience
• IV experience
• Compounding experience
• Inpatient experience
