The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Pharmacy Technician serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams, supporting the coordination of specialty medications and ensuring timely access to therapy. This role is responsible for managing incoming prescriptions, maintaining patient profiles, supporting prior authorization and insurance workflows, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the patient journey.
